No, your content will not be used as training data. We take your privacy very seriously and do not use your content for any purpose other than generating audio for your episodes. Additionally, we provide several ways to prevent bots like Google or OpenAI from indexing your content in the first place.

Yes, but please note that publishing depends on your available characters. Purchasing additional characters is coming very soon. In the meantime, you can import all of your articles and publish your favorite ones.

We import new articles every ten minutes, so it's possible that yours just hasn't been picked up yet. We recommend waiting at least ten minutes. If your blog post still hasn't appeared after that, feel free to reach out — we'll be happy to check what might be going wrong.

No, we will not embed any third-party ads into your episodes. However, we are required to inform listeners that "they are listening to an AI voice, generated by Monocasts". In the free plan, we also mention "the episode was created using Monocasts" textually, in the show notes. But besides that, the floor is yours.

Yes, you can schedule episodes to be published at a specific date and time. This feature is available on all plans.

If you decide to cancel your account, you can easily take your episodes with you. For example, Spotify offers a free plan for creators. You can find instructions for importing your show from Monocasts to Spotify here.

You own the episodes and all associated intellectual property. Monocasts merely hosts your content and does not claim any ownership. You can delete your account at any time, and all your episodes will be permanently removed from our servers.

While there is currently no way to charge listeners directly, you can create sponsored content and include links to your sponsors. We’re also exploring other ways for you to reach an even bigger audience.
